Would it be possible to get some kind of IM system on here or is it too complicated. Its just a lot of my posting time is at school, but the school system automatically blocks mainstream IM systems, and usually there are some people online when i'm at school so it would be nice to have proper conversations or to reach people when need be. If its too complicated then don't worry.

There's no such thing, you can't intertwine a messaging program into a forum... unless you knew the coding to the program like meebo does. Unfortunately none of us here are computer wizards.

why don't you get a normal cbox then? like one that doesn't makes noises and stuff. From my experiences on the internetz, a regular cbox only increases the popularity of a board. I certainly wouldn't just stop posting here because of one.

However, if I see any more of that phone talk my head will explode.

You may not stop posting just because there's a CBox, but others would. In fact, others did.

Well basically what happened was everybody started using the CBox, then slowly stopped posting since they had begun using the CBox for all of their discussions instead. Don't ask why or how they did this, they just did. Then we ended up losing crazy amounts of members for some reason.

At the risk of being the necroposter, I ask that we have a new box of talking.

Sometimes these days, since the site isn't too active, when I want to really say something, no one sees my post.

I think if we put up a box it will clear up small problems that don't really require a thread post. What's the worst that could happen if you try it again? You have the ability to take it down whenever you want.

I'll put one up if you guys really want one, but I honestly don't see the point since nobody's going to respond immediately if they're offline anyway, so posts work just as well. And if you want something that people can see immediately, you can use PMs.
